25 YEARS OF CRAFT AT THE CUTTING EDGE

A studio first.
An advanced AI production house second.

Springwerks was founded by two people with decades of experience directing and producing creative work, across branding, campaigns, packaging, film and photography, for brands from Mercedes-Benz to Cambridge Audio. We built Springwerks around a simple opportunity: studio-level direction has always existed, but never at the speed a modern brand now needs. Advanced AI production makes that possible for the first time, the same standard applied to an entire range rather than a single hero shot, at a cost and speed no traditional shoot could match.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT A LISTING

Every slot does one job, and nothing repeats.

Most image stacks say the same thing six times in six different ways. We map the set before we make it, so each image answers a question the one before it left open.

Main image

Recognition, quality, and a reason to look twice. With titles cut to 75 characters, more of the decision sits with the thumbnail than it did in the spring, so it is built to spec and checked at thumbnail size rather than full size.

Slots two to four

Format, compatibility, usage and which variant is right. Scale shown against something real so nobody guesses and nobody returns it, and the range navigated inside the listing so a shopper choosing between your own variants does not leave to do it.

Slots five to seven, and A+

Claims, credentials and the story the bullets cannot carry. A+ modules designed and written to carry the brand rather than repeat the bullets above them, comparison and cross-sell that move shoppers across your range, and product-in-use video for the things a still cannot show.

The images get the click once someone's looking. If you also need the search work that gets you found in the first place, keywords, titles, PPC, Seller Central, we work alongside Inflexion Global and can bring them in on your project directly.

People have always shopped with their eyes. The numbers just confirm it.

ADAPTING BEST PRACTICE

A studio process.
A different production method.

Research, strategy, concept sketches, casting and art direction all happen before anything is produced. That part is unchanged from any shoot you would brief. What is different is the production itself.

STAGE 1

Direction

01 - Brand immersion

Guidelines, asset collection, tone, and what is off limits.

02 - Competitor landscape

Every competitor ranking around you. What they all say, and what none of them say.

03 - Strategy & concept

The gap, the idea, the messaging hierarchy.

STAGE 2

Approval

04 - Concept sketches

Every image is worked up as a sketch before it is produced. You approve the thinking first.

05 - Art direction

Look, lighting and treatment against your guidelines. Where people appear, you choose the cast.

06 - Product accuracy

Your packshots, or the product shot by us. Studio photography where accuracy demands it.

STAGE 3

Production

07 Advanced production

AI directed against the approved direction, iterated at every step.

08 Composite & retouch

Product, environment, light and finish matched by eye. Human craft.

09 Compliance & delivery

Specs, claims and AI disclosure checked. You sign off every asset. Rights transfer.

Stage one presentation after 05, before anything is produced. Two rounds of amends between 08 and 09. Handover after 09, with full rights transfer.

WHAT IT COSTS

Priced upfront. No call required to find out.

Most studios make you ask before you find out. We'd rather you already know: whether it's one listing that needs fixing properly, or a full range with a launch date attached, here's exactly what each one costs.
